Mauda purchases are dispatched on weekdays Monday – Friday (excl. bank holidays). If in stock we will dispatch your items the next working day, otherwise please allow for manufacture time.
Once your order is received we will confirm status and shipment confirmation via email or text. Should you have any queires regarding your order, please contact email@example.com. Mauda shipped packages must be signed for. In case you’re not in a card will be left with further instructions.

Worldwide Tracked (7-10 working days): £19.99. Please note that orders outside of the UK are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. You may or may not be required to pay a tax to release your shipment from customs. For more information, please consult your local customs office.
We want you to 100% happy with your purchase, but appreciate that on occasion some items may not fit as expected. If you’d like to return purchased items you can do so within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in the original resalable condition (all original packaging, clean, original condition). Please try your items without makeup on or anything that may stain or damage the clothing. Items that appear to have been worn, or are not in original condition cannot be accepted. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can email email@example.com if you wish to return an item and ensure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post. We will share the details for returns from Royal Mail. WE offer free retunrs for orders in the UK. Once we’ve received your returned item(s), and provided the order has been sent back as per the Returns Policy, we will process your refund or exchange, excluding outward shipping costs, and you will be sent an email to confirm this.
